About Our Provider

Francine Nosworthy is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner credentialed by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and licensed by the state of Texas. She worked in the healthcare field for almost twenty years . After working in various areas, her passion to make a difference has driven her to open a new clinic.  She enjoys working with various ages and diverse populations in assisting with health promotion and disease management. Her philosophy is based on establishing and maintaining a rapport and trust while delivering evidence based patient centered care unique to each patient and their environment. She will provide exceptional care in making sure health care needs are taken care of in the best possible way.
