What is telemedicine?

You will be able to have medical visits right in the comfort of your own home. You will speak directly with a provider through a video chat platform. We will keep a record of your visit in our medical records and any prescriptions needed will be sent electronically to the pharmacy. If labs are imaging studies are needed, an order will be faxed to the nearest facility. For cash pay patients, labs will need to be paid at the time of the visit. Work or school excuses will also be faxed or emailed to you. Since this is considered to be a "virtual visit," the physical aspects of the exam cannot be obtained by the provider. If there are any worsening or unresolved problems, we may need for you to come in to the clinic or closest clinic to your location for further evaluation.

Make sure that your microphone and video is connected prior to visit.

How much does telemedicine cost?

The cost of a telemedicine visit is $60 for cash pay patients. For those patients that have insurance you will be required to pay your copay which will be collected at the time of the visit. For cash pay patients, that cost of any required lab work will also need to be collected at the time of the visit.
